Refund policy

At ALVERAX, we carefully inspect all products before shipment.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or customer preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@alverax.shop with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved cases will be resolved with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
